Great customer service ! I had to return my first purchase because size 9 was wider and longer (thinking with this style, I needed to size up) .Changed it to 8.5 and the shoes were great and comfortable. Great for feet with bunions , too Shoes were returned hassle free and the exchange delivered timely . I’ll order the black/tan combo next .

Ran big for me, I ordered my usual size, 7, and my foot comes out.

Comfortable, but wide even the M width
The shoe is very well made, attractive and comfortable. I just feel that they are too wide for an M width, which is what I usually wear.

The fit is too big. I normally wear an81/2 and this shoe is huge on me.

It runs big. I’m a 7.5 shoe size. If I knew it runs big I would’ve tried size 7.
