I was so happy to see these beautiful ballet flats featured on YouTube’s “The Daily Connoisseur”. I purchased them, and am in love with the fit, quilted sophisticated look and the ease of wear. No more falling down in heels!

I love these shoes but I didn’t realize that they run big and so the customer service department was so easy to contact and they sent me a return label and once I gave it to the post office and they recorded that the return was en route, Jon josef already started the replacement order and within 4 days I received the correct size!
